At 5:01 p.m., staff at the du Bois Center reported another staff member’s hand got stuck in a pasta machine. NAUPD, Flagstaff Fire Department (FFD) and Guardian Medical Transport (GMT) responded and the staff member was transported to Flagstaff Medical Center (FMC).
At 7:56 a.m., a staff member at the Performing and Fine Arts building called to report the theft of a paperclip holder. An NAUPD officer responded and the paperclip holder was located.
At 10:04 a.m., a staff member in McDonald Hall called to report a theft of couch cushions. NAUPD responded and took a report. However the cushions have yet to be located, leaving the couch quite uncomfortable.
At 5:46 p.m., a staff member at McKay Village called to report that several fire extinguishers had been discharged for no reason. NAUPD responded to the scene and took a report. The McKay Village hall staff also notified Fire Life Safety.
At 5:47 p.m., a Tinsley Hall Residence Assistant (RA) reported a student exposing themselves out their window. An NAUPD officer responded and the student was informed that exposing themselves was strictly prohibited by the student code of conduct.
At 12:22 a.m., a Honors Living and Learning Community Community Assistant reported finding mysterious blue pills. An NAUPD officer responded and the pills were determined to be candy and were properly disposed of.
At 10:33 p.m., a Tinsley Hall staff reported finding $100 dollar bills on the pedestrian path near the hall. An NAUPD officer responded and determined that the money was counterfeit.
At 12:25 a.m., an RA reported a student was in possession of a weapon in Campus Heights. It was discovered that the item was a plastic role-playing weapon.
At 1:53 p.m., a student reported observing a subject peeing on a building at Hilltop Townhomes. An NAUPD officer responded, but the subject was not located.
At 12:27 a.m., a Pine Ridge Village RA reported spotting a subject climbing on the Skydome. NAUPD officers responded but were unable to locate the climber.
At 8:05 a.m., a subject reported observing an animal stuck head-first in a dumpster by the Skydome. NAUPD officers responded, and the animal was released from the dumpster.
At 12:59 a.m., a subject reported seeing two people walking near the campus bookstore wearing masks. NAUPD officers responded, and one nonstudent was given a field interview and left the area.
At 12:58 a.m., a RA from McConnell Hall called to report several subjects in clown masks attempting to get into the building. NAUPD officers responded but were unable to find the people who had been clowning around.
At 9:21 a.m., a Facility Services staff member called to report the theft of a Louie statue head. The statue was being temporarily stored at Facilities while renovations are completed in the Skydome. An NAUPD officer responded and took a report.
At 7:44 p.m., NAUPD received a fire alarm from Cowden Hall. NAUPD officers responded and discovered that the alarm had been set off by a fog machine.
At 1:25 a.m., a NAUPD officer reported a possible fight between two subjects at the intersection of south San Francisco Street and East Butler Avenue. Upon conducting a field interview with the subjects the officer discovered they were not fighting.
At 9:07 a.m., a student reported a fellow student sustained a dislocated shoulder at the South Village Apartments. FFD, GMT and an NAUPD officer responded, but the student refused transport to FMC as they didn’t want to miss Thanksgiving dinner.
At 10:14 p.m., a student sighted a mountain lion near the Aquatic and Tennis Complex. NAUPD officers responded but no wild animals were found upon a search.
